NOONDUBAI operates as a digital electronic commerce platform connecting independent commercial sellers with retail consumers internationally. Unless explicitly identified with the official "NOONDUBAI Mall" flagship seal, products offered on the marketplace are sold directly by verified independent merchants.

All prospective merchants must complete formal commercial verification before their stores can be activated. Submissions are reviewed by our Compliance and Operations teams in Dubai to ensure compliance with authentic product sourcing, valid trade licenses, and consumer protection guidelines.

All marketplace catalog prices are displayed and billed in US Dollars ($ / USD). Prices include applicable regional VAT or customs duties where explicitly noted at checkout. Registered sellers are responsible for maintaining accurate pricing and issuing compliant commercial receipts.

Sellers and buyers must strictly refrain from trading prohibited items under international trade law and UAE commercial regulations, including:

• Counterfeit, trademark-infringing, or unauthorized replica goods.
• Firearms, munitions, fireworks, and hazardous chemical materials.
• Narcotics, unauthorized prescription substances, and unregulated medical devices.
• Offensive, defamatory, or copyright-infringing publications.
• Endangered wildlife products and protected flora or fauna.

Violations result in immediate account suspension, escrow forfeiture, and notification to relevant regulatory authorities.

NOONDUBAI strictly respects intellectual property rights. If a brand owner or trademark holder believes a listing infringes their registered intellectual property, notices may be submitted to ipr@noondubai.com with proof of trademark ownership. Verified infringing listings are removed promptly within 24 business hours.
